A very friendly and highly skilled hairstylist who gives great advice and focuses on the health of your hair. I felt very comfortable there and am very happy with the results. The owner who did my hair, Mr. Matsuyama, and Ms. Shiori were very sweet, patient, and were able to figure out exactly what I wanted. I wasn't compleyely sure about what I wanted at first, just the basic idea of what highlights I would like to get. After a quick consultation, I felt very confident about the results being satisfied. Although I was recommended to get my hair done again for more prominent highlights, now that it's done I do not feel that it is necessary. I was able to get the exact results I wanted in less than 4 hours. In addition I did book a walk-in appointment an hour before it took place, and their online booking system is very easy to use and understand. The English version of the booking system (that I used) was very convenient and sent an email confirmation afterwards. I would highly recommend this salon for any visitors in the area or anyone looking to get their hair done stress-free. My hair wash was amazing , they are so friendly and kind here, we discussed what would be suitable for my hair and the requirements were meant and it was beautiful, the head massage was lovely and being someone who spoke English , made it a lot easier and made me felt like I was at home in Australia !!!
